The Complex

General
Throughout the house are a large number of framed pictures, rugs, large terracotta pots and window dressings, I have also dressed the house with a number of easy to maintain vases and decorations.
Kitchen
The kitchen is a very user friendly shape and its positioning and open plan style allows for interaction with company!

Dining Area
Situated in the centre of the open plan area, there is ample space and the facility to seat 6 comfortably. The table and chairs are hand made from beautiful wood with a central glass piece that exposes the iron work of the base; the chairs have hand made cushions with removable covers and an iron work mirror made by the same craftsman. The iron fits extremely well with the downstairs security grill. There are table dressings in the house also.
Lounge Area
Situated next to the large doors leading out to the patio. There is a 3 seater sofa that reclines back to make an extra double bed and two matching armchairs in a lovely Mediterranean colour, there are also hand made scatter cushions on each. There is a TV and DVD player that can be viewed and heard through out the down stairs area and is seated on an iron stand.
Downstairs in general
The flow through the downstairs has a lovely airy feel with its high ceilings and neutral walls, there is a large air-conditioning unit which chills the area beautifull and is perfect when coming in from the pool!
Downstairs Toilet
Under the stairs offers the perfect place for the included patio table and chairs and also has the facility to house the washing machine if required. The toilet is accessed via a small step and is cooling blue in colour and fully tiled. There is a basin, mirror and toilet with a small window.
Stairs
The stairs are made from a cool marble material and has iron work and wood hand rail with a window.
Upstairs
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs; they have been furnished as a double, twin and a single. There is also a full bathroom and landing area
Double bedroom
In this room there is a queen size bed with a hand made iron bed head, two matching iron and glass bedside tables and a Lovely window dressing with iron tie backs. The bed is covered with a neutral but pretty throw. There are also large doors leading out to a small balcony.
Twin bedroom
In here there are two generously sized single beds, with matching hand made iron headboards and a matching bedside table. Also in this room are large double built in wardrobes that extend from floor to ceiling.
Single bedroom
This room has one generous single bed with a handmade iron headboard, matching bedside table and large single built in wardrobe.
Bathroom
Spacious bathroom with basin, mirror, bath and an in bath shower, there is a small window and it is tiled with warm light terracotta colours with chrome bathroom fittings.
Finally –
Please note that everything that can be seen in these pictures is included in the sale, this house truly is ready to go whether it will be used as a holiday home or to rent. We have kept it as a personal holiday home so it has been rarely used and only by us and friends so all the furnishing are in very good condition.
It is possible to fly directly into the north, with the airport being situated only 20 minutes away, or south into Larnaca, arrangements can be made for local businesses to pick you up, sort out all the boarder paperwork and to drop you of at the door for around £40 return. The house is situated right on the coast with excellent access routes to anywhere on the island, with the town of Famagusta only 15 minutes away and Kyrenia only 35 minutes drive away.
